Overall Purpose
To support in the effective and efficient management of the of the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
1 Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
2 Track weekly and monthly KPI report of employees and departments respectively
3 Support in the performance management and review process and make recommendations to management
4 Provide efficient recruitment of required staff and oversee onboarding of new employees
5 Work closely with relevant department heads to ensure training needs are aligned with organizational objectives
6 Create and coordinate learning & development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
7 Design e-learning courses & training contents, career plans, workshops for employees
8 Support in implementation of various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
9 Regularly update HR Staff Handbook with relevant policies based on research and current HR trends and best practices.
10 Maintain and regularly update database for all staff and their files.
11 Support in ensuring that all L’AINE staff observe and obey company rules and regulations.
12 Coordinate staff exits (exit interview, reception of all due them or all they due the company, handing over property, etc)
13 Ensure effective internal communication (emails, intranet, whatsapp, inperson, wall branding etc) 14 Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Personal Specification e.g. competencies, knowledge, experience required
• Minimum of a Degree in Human Resource Management. Master’s Degree and Professional Certification is an added advantage
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a similar role.
• Knowledge of contemporary trends HR Management
• Knowledge of principles and best practices for effective online learning
• Proven experience in Performance management system
• In-depth knowledge of Labor Law (Act 651)
