Overall Purpose: To drive the adoption and market growth of Workflow by L’AINE, by leveraging technical expertise, strategic sales methodologies, and exceptional client relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
1 Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and surpass annual sales targets for Workflow.
2 Identify and evaluate potential markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
3 Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, presenting tailored solutions to meet their unique tech needs.
4 Conduct scheduled product demonstrations for prospective clients.
5 Collect and analyze client feedback to refine sales strategies and influence product enhancements.
6 Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and industry competitor activities.
7 Manage the sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

9 Partner with the marketing team to design campaigns that effectively showcase Workflow’s value proposition.
Personal Specification e.g. competencies, knowledge, experience required Required Skills, Qualification& Competencies
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or any related field; Master degree is an added advantage
• At least 3–5 years of experience in tech sales or HR technology, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building and maintaining client relationships.
• Strong presentation skills, with a focus on value-based and consultative selling.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
