Overall Purpose: The L&D Senior Officer will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of strategic learning initiatives that enhance professional growth for internal and external clients. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, drives innovation in training delivery, and supports the achievement of departmental revenue and performance targets.

Decision-Making Authority:
· Make strategic decisions regarding training program development, client engagement, and budget allocation in consultation with the Unit Head.
Performance Measures:
· Achievement of departmental KPIs, including revenue targets, client satisfaction, and training impact metrics
Personal Specifications: Required Skills, Qualification & Competencies:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
· Certifications in Learning and Development (CIPD, ATD, SHRM, etc.) highly desirable.
· Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in L&D, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or strategic role.
· Proven expertise in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that drive measurable results.
· Strong business acumen with experience in developing and managing revenue-generating initiatives.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Advanced project management and budget management capabilities.
· Proficiency in using L&D technology platforms and e-learning tools.
· A proactive and innovative mindset with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
