PROGRAMME OPERATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS COORDINATOR

  • Job Description


    Overall Purpose

    Responsible for coordinating the planning and execution of all L’AINE Foundation programmes by managing programme logistics, third-party vendors, consultants, facilitators, volunteers, schools, mentors, and partners, while ensuring high-quality programme delivery and administrative excellence

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the delivery of all Foundation programmes; including the Future Founders’ Network, Future Founders Venture Challenge, Ellen Hagan Nsoromma Programme, and Startup Workshop & Consulting Programme, by developing work plans, coordinating implementation schedules, tracking deliverables, following up with internal teams, and ensuring activities are delivered on time.
       
    •  Act as the Foundation’s main liaison with event management companies, caterers, printers, designers, photographers/videographers, trainers, facilitators, coaches, consultants, venues, transport providers, and merchandise suppliers by obtaining quotations, comparing vendors, negotiating prices, coordinating contracts, monitoring quality, and ensuring timely delivery.
       
    •  Coordinate relationships with schools, universities, corporate sponsors, NGOs, government agencies, development partners, mentors, judges, and volunteers by scheduling meetings, following up on action items coordinating communications, maintaining a stakeholder database, and preparing briefing notes.
    • Coordinate every programme event, including bootcamps, workshops, mentorship sessions, pitch competitions, graduation ceremonies, and sponsor events, from start to finish by managing registration, venue setup, logistics, event schedules, materials, and guests.   
    • Coordinate the procurement and logistics of training materials, branded items, programme kits, certificates, equipment, stationery, transportation, and accommodation where required.
       
    •  Maintain attendance records, vendor files, contracts, budgets, payment requests, activity reports, and programme calendars to support smooth programme operations.
       
    • Work with Finance to track programme budgets, process payments, reconcile advances, monitor procurement, and collect supporting documents, while not being responsible for accounting.
       
    •  Track programme performance by collecting participant data, monitoring KPIs, following up on deliverables, preparing monthly programme reports, and supporting impact reporting.
       
    •  Coordinate with Marketing on programme publicity, invitations, social media assets, photography, success stories, and testimonials.
       
    • Coordinate volunteer and mentor recruitment, orientation, scheduling, assignments, follow-ups, and recognition.
