HR OUTSOURCING EXECUTIVE

    Overall:To provide structured HR and administrative oversight for the workforce at Daz Industries, acting as the key liaison between Daz Industries HR and L’AINE supervisors to ensure consistent professionalism,                                operational alignment, and high-quality service delivery at all times.

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    Ensure all staff possess valid bank account details, SSNIT, Ghana Card (NIA), and other statutory requirements prior to deployment.
    Maintain complete and up-to-date personnel records for all staff, ensuring required documentation is captured in the Workflow system, with hardcopies available where necessary.
    Oversee the deployment and coordination of L’AINE staff at the assigned duty post, ensuring alignment with operational requirements and client expectations.
    Ensure all staff are properly identified with valid ID cards or in accordance with client-specific identification protocols.
    Enforce adherence to the client company’s health, safety, and operational regulations across all L’AINE personnel.
    Monitor and enforce compliance with the use of prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
    Monitor attendance records managed by client supervisors, validate accuracy, identify anomalies (e.g., absenteeism, lateness), and escalate issues promptly.
    Review and validate timesheets submitted by client supervisors, ensuring full alignment with attendance records prior to payroll processing.
    Oversee workforce performance through continuous engagement with client supervisors to ensure service delivery standards and productivity targets are met.
    Ensure administrative and operational processes are executed efficiently, with no delays or service gaps impacting delivery.
    Serve as the primary escalation point by relaying all workforce and client-related information—both verified and unverified—to the immediate supervisor in a timely manner.
    Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on workforce activities, operational issues, and key performance indicators.
    Participate in KPI review meetings, providing data-driven insights and recommendations on workforce performance and operational improvements.
    Support business growth initiatives by identifying opportunities for client expansion and contributing to new business acquisition in line with agreed targets.

    Anticipates issues before they arise and acts decisively without waiting for direction; consistently stays ahead of operational demands.

    Maintains structured records, manages multiple priorities effectively, and ensures no gaps in documentation or reporting.

    Demonstrates honesty, ethical conduct, and accountability in handling sensitive workforce and client-related information.

    Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Word and Excel, with the ability to prepare reports, analyze data, and maintain accurate records.

    Communicates clearly, professionally, and confidently with both client representatives and internal stakeholders; able to escalate issues effectively.

    Preferably resides in Tema, Gulf City and Kpone areas and to ensure availability, responsiveness, and ease of access to the site.
