Key Responsibilities
1 Coordinate the activities between the L’AINE staff at your duty post and L’AINE and report to the HRBP on all issues concerning the staff and the operations of the post.
2 Ensure that all L’AINE workers use the prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - uniform, boots, nose masks, apron and noise absorbers, etc.
3 Ensure that all L’AINE staff observe and obey client company safety rules and regulations.
4 Control the movement of L’AINE staff on the plant and ensure every staff member is identified by the L’AINE ID card or as per client regulations
5 Collect all time sheets from the appropriate department or supervisor and transmit them promptly as is demanded.
6 Ensure proper management of attendance and maintenance of attendance books.
7 Ensure there are no delays in the administrative and operational aspects of your duties. L’AINE Inc. L’AINE HR
8 At all times, ensure every L’AINE staff at your designated post has a file at the Head Office containing all the necessary documents.
9 Always relay ALL information concerning the workers and the clients to your supervisor, be it verified or confirmed or unverified or unconfirmed.
10 Replace workers on line when needed
11 Attend to KPI meetings as required
12 Report daily, weekly and monthly occurrences to HRBP as may be required
Key Relationships
Internal- All the departments within the organisation
External- Clients, Agencies, etc
Decision Making- Authority Escalate issues to the Head of Operations-HR Outsourcing
Performance Measures - In accordance with Partners for High Performance (PFHP) set for the year
Person Specification e.g. competencies, knowledge, experience required
• A minimum of HND in Human Resource, psychology or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing and packaging environment or related fields
• Good Organizational skills
• Good leadership skills
• Proficiency in computer operations especially Office is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to work with people from different backgrounds
• Respect for confidentiality
• Information management skills
