Job Description

Overall Purpose:

To work with a team of consultants in the provision of high-end HR Consultancy services (Public Training / Webinars, Executive Search and Organizational Development) to clients while developing strategies to continually grow the consultancy

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute HR Consulting projects (Public Training, Executive Search and Organizational Development ) to existing and new clients along with required project reports 
•  Develop and implement thought leadership content and strategy to support corporate positioning and to reflect the capabilities of the organization 
•  Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities for large businesses e.g. Tenders 
•  Canvass for sponsorship and participants for scheduled training programs and manage existing training sponsors or clients as well as resource persons 
•  Facilitate and coordinate trainings on interventions developed or executed
•  Generate new businesses (Organizational Development (OD) and Executive Search services through active business development 
•  Follow up and recover debts for all executed HR Consulting projects
•  Engage and retain clients through effective client relationship management 
•  Identify opportunities for growth and continual improvement through research and the development and implementation of innovative strategies
•  Directly responsible for the development and performance of all direct reports 
•  Develop proposals, lead team in tender bidding processes and execution of same 
•  Supervise the management of the HR Consultancy job portal
