To work with a team of consultants in the provision of high-end HR Consultancy services (Public Training / Webinars, Executive Search and Organizational Development) to clients while developing strategies to continually grow the consultancy
Key Responsibilities:
Execute HR Consulting projects (Public Training, Executive Search and Organizational Development ) to existing and new clients along with required project reports
Develop and implement thought leadership content and strategy to support corporate positioning and to reflect the capabilities of the organization
Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities for large businesses e.g. Tenders
Canvass for sponsorship and participants for scheduled training programs and manage existing training sponsors or clients as well as resource persons
Facilitate and coordinate trainings on interventions developed or executed
Generate new businesses (Organizational Development (OD) and Executive Search services through active business development
Follow up and recover debts for all executed HR Consulting projects
Engage and retain clients through effective client relationship management
Identify opportunities for growth and continual improvement through research and the development and implementation of innovative strategies
Directly responsible for the development and performance of all direct reports
Develop proposals, lead team in tender bidding processes and execution of same
Supervise the management of the HR Consultancy job portal
