Support the HR Focus Team with all digital community engagement and content initiatives, both internal and external, across multiple web and social media platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement, retention and leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the team in maintaining, expanding, and coordinating clients’ and owned social media, websites and digital communities
Assist the team in creating content for posting online or for presentations to clients, ensuring all timelines are met.
Assist the team to develop content plans for brands and reports before they are sent to client.
Develop and implement an annual digital community management and communications strategy for brands under management
Work with other members of the department to develop, maintain, and implement a digital content strategy in support of key organizational initiatives, positioning, and products.
Support in the entire company’s online social networks and help execute engagement strategies to enhance the organization’s social media presence
Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and media platforms
Perform other duties that may be assigned within the scope of assignment from time to time
Personal Specification E.G. Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Required:
At least 2 years work experience in an advertising or media agency.
A bachelor degree (degree in advertising, communication design, or visual arts)
Creative writing skills
Excellent communication and verbal skills.
Creativity, initiative to execute tasks.
Social media and SEO knowledge
Good team player
Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.
Appreciable level of analytical and organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to conduct and interpret small scale market research
