Overall Purpose
Support the HR Focus Team with digital community engagement and content initiatives, both internal and external, across multiple platforms such as web, social media events and others as appropriate to drive creation and implementation of ideas, sales, engagement, retention and leads.
Key Responsibilities
1 Handle the end-to-end management of content lines for HR Focus Brand Properties assigned.
2 Maintain, contribute to, and expand, social media engagement and digital communities affiliated to the HR Focus Brand property assigned.
3 Assist the team in creating content for posting online for stakeholders and community members.
4 Assist the team to develop content plans for HR Focus Brand property.
5 Develop, maintain and implement HR Marketing communications services by way of content strategy in support of key organizational initiatives, positioning and products.
6 Work with other members of the department to develop, maintain, and implement a content strategy for brand property under management
7 Support in the management of clients’ online social networks and help execute engagement strategies to enhance the organization’s social media presence.
8 Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies and media platforms
9 Perform other duties that may be assigned within the scope of assignment from time to time
Personal Specification E.G. Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Required
• At least 2 years work experience in an advertising or media agency.
• A bachelor degree (degree in advertising, communication design, or visual arts)
• Creative writing skills • Excellent communication and verbal skills.
• Creativity, initiative to execute tasks.
• Social media and SEO knowledge
• Good team player
• Energy, enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and demanding targets.
• Appreciable level of analytical and organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct and interpret small scale market research
