Support in developing a marketing strategy in support of the company’s mission and core objectives
Support in developing an annual action plan and operating budget for the marketing unit and monitor the implementation of these to ensure that there is efficient and effective management
Responsible for research and development; researching and evaluating new opportunities and technologies, conducting marketing and competitor research and analysis findings
Ensure the recording and responding to all client inquiries and job requests
Ensure the monitoring and tracking of all job executions to ensure they are completed on time
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to measure the level of satisfaction for all job requests executed
Report feedback from clients to management for review, decision making and revert to clients on the way forward
Responsible for the management of Communication Agency for L’AINE Services to ensure effective communication.
Build and maintain client database for L’AINE Services Limited, engage and manage clientele with customer loyalty programs
Responsible for the development of creative briefs, and utilizes design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities and devise innovative growth strategies
Implements policies and standards that reinforce the organization’s branding strategy and quality goals
Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies. Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives. Lead all phases of creative project from conception to completion and oversee the creation of art, photo, video, copy and layout for creative projects.
Evaluate and adopt the most effective tools and techniques across all media
Manage and grow all social media platforms through content development, engagement and community management
Manage and grow Bridge the Gap as a component of L’AINE CSR
Review and prioritize sponsorship opportunities for CSR purposes and to further the brand in a cost-effective way
Generate and grow revenue through all marketing channels
Partner with HR Tech team on messaging and positioning for new product launches and feature
Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of the ‘Power Women in Business’ initiative. Lead research initiatives on the world of work and any other project, analyze results, and publish findings for internal and external audiences
Achieve revenue and customer base target
Any other responsibility that may be given
Required Skills, Qualification & Competencies: • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in marketing or customer service. • Minimum of Degree in marketing or equivalent certification. • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications • Integrity and reliability • Effective team player • Positive and proactive attitude • Be able to multi-task, result-oriented, work under pressure and meet deadlines
