Overall Purpose
Responsible for identifying and closing new business leads, marketing of the business, maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and working with Business Development and Marketing team to do same in order to generate revenue and grow the organization.
Duties
1 Proactively identify sales prospects, follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business and conduct business development activities.
2 Achieve monthly sales and business development target for business services.
3 Manage multiple client relationships across the business portfolio and ensure maintenance and growth of these relationships.
4 Develop and implement business plans to market business services.
5 Develop and execute sales presentations across business services.
6 Collaborate with the marketing team and all other departments in the organization to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
Person Specification e.g. competencies, knowledge, experience required
• 3+ years past experience and success in a similar position in HR, media, or Service Organization
• Minimum of Degree in Business Admin/Marketing or similar role
• Good understanding of the HR services and market dynamics including consumption methods, user experiences, and platforms
• Ability to organize and coordinate sales and business development process
• Ability to develop business and marketing plans and obtain management and team buy-in
• Good commercial and financial knowledge
• Ability to foster team spirit and synergy across different units
• Ability to autonomously identify opportunities, generate ideas, and formulate strategies
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
